This episode makes a great point about how food can really play a role in supporting mental health. Eating a balanced diet has a huge impact on mood and energy levels. It’s good to hear discussions like this, as mental health and nutrition are so closely linked. i guess services like Instacart can help, but you will probably want to check out reviews at https://instacart.pissedconsumer.com/review.html before using them. Small changes in diet can definitely make a big difference!

Good episode, covers the main basics, would be good to do an episode for people with pregnancy related conditions such as hyperemesis gravidarum, gestational diabetes, etc. and specifically how to recover properly if you have suffered with HG, (severe vomiting during pregnancy). There needs to be more support for those who want to breastfeed and not in a forceful way, it shouldn't hurt. Also, we need to come away from this idea that we need to bounce back straight away and lose the 'baby weight', soon after pregnancy, we've literally just grown another human ❤
