This episode is designed for beginners to look at how to process the mind and thoughts as they sit in meditation. Labelling is a tech that allows you to file thoughts as they enter into the mind and promotes overall calm. The thoughts never stop but how they are processed without reaction or feeding energy can allow them to pass. Labelling the thought allows you to file it in the "Let it Go" folder and move back to the quiet connection of the divine.
