-This book is a collection of women’s healing journeys from a variety of toxic relationships and professional guidance for identifying unhealthy relationship patterns and strategies to help you begin and continue your healing journey. These true stories are demonstrations of resilience, personal transformation, vulnerability, and physical, mental, and emotional healing.

Proceeds will go to the Heartly House in Frederick, Maryland, with their mission being to provide free comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, and child abuse.
