“I think oftentimes what I've observed maybe historically a little more is, it is not necessarily given the level of respect that we would give a legal team, or a sales team or a marketing team just to give those examples, but it kind of holds the ship there. If you give a ship analogy, they might be the people in the boiler room. And then all the other people are up on top and deck. But I think the boiler room folks are just as important. And oftentimes, they're the ones that, you know, have more knowledge.” - Matthew
