Hope Atlas writes her story through poetry, original quotes and memoirs. Her writing focuses on mental health, addiction and grief. She has a master’s degree in reading education from Syracuse University. She has worked in literacy programs with children and adults. For many years Hope worked as a bereavement volunteer. Most recently, she has been involved in community outreach programs. She has a personal growth blog in Medium Magazine and writes in their Mental Health community as well. Her writing has been published in online literary journals. Her first book, My Upside-Down world is a personal growth journal encouraging self-awareness through writing.
