A behaviorist and avid athlete, Fallon started her coaching business in 2019. After returning home from living abroad in Prague, she was motivated to return & give back to those involved in the sport that led her to massive internal physical & mental alignment, crew. She believes every man & woman deserves to live life invigorated through a sound body & mind so that they can crush every goal and become the strongest version of themselves. Fallon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, rowing coach and accomplished rower with a first place finish at the 2019 Masters National Championships.
