Welcome to Diary of a Sober CEO, a podcast dedicated to shining a light on recovery and addiction in the workplace, and on what we, as both employers and employees can do to improve the lives of all involved.

I can’t think of a better first guest than Luke Judge. Luke’s reputation precedes him and I’d describe him as ‘one of the good guys’.  Currently as CEO of Tapx and has had an awesome career leading companies such as Incubeta and in his earlier years the then Net Media Planet, Luke has been incredibly forthcoming, honest and luckily for me, well positioned to chat about work culture and his journey in the media industry.

Luke and I first met, over 15 years ago and much earlier in our careers and it’s been fascinating to get his take on changes that have and are continuing to take place and the position of addiction recovery in the workplace. I’ve really enjoyed getting some insight into what makes Luke tick and I feel so grateful to have spent this time with him. I hope you enjoy spending some time with him here too.
