In this episode, we will explore the meanings of the terms "mindfulness" and "meditation". We will examine the differences and complementary relationships between formal meditation (sitting practice) and informal meditation (bringing the practice of meditation into everyday life).
To ground our exploration, we will end with a practice of mindful breathing, using it to anchor our awareness.
