Inspired by my training in executive coaching, habit and behavior design, and design thinking, I revolutionized my approach and saw incredible results, successfully raising funds for an organization from one million to 3.8 million, all while growing to love fundraising.

  2. The Power Partners Formula: I introduce my Power Partners Formula, a program designed to support nonprofit leaders in overcoming their internal blocks to successful fundraising.   3. The signs of a Power Partnership: I outline six key signs that indicate when you are successfully building a power partnership. From standing up for your organization's needs, to not instantly responding to a funder's requests, these signs signify a shift from the traditional dynamics of fundraising to a healthier, more sustainable relationship.


  4. The importance of self-worth and alignment in fundraising: Through my personal journey, I emphasize the importance of recognizing your value as a fundraiser and finding alignment with your mission and tasks. By staying true to your organization's purpose and needs, you can avoid wasting time chasing the wrong donors and instead focus on building fruitful partnerships.
