One thing I’ve learnt over the last decade of dealing with PCOS is that it’s a condition that demands consistency more than intensity. And I’ve tried the intensity route: 90 minute workouts, crash diets, HIIT etc - but that works for 2 months and then you crash and it’s back to square one.
So this time around I actually decided to do it right and work with my body instead of against it. And these habits have helped regulate my periods, reduce hormonal acne and bloating, and get my energy back.
