Description

So many people in Vestibular Group Fit have done a phenomenal job of using the content in there and applying it to help them get back to driving. Sometimes this is a return to driving after being bed-bound, while other times it’s for a roadtrip goal they’ve had on their list for quite some time.

We have an entire module on just driving inside VGF! This pairs really well with all the information on being a passenger, traveling with vestibular disorders, and even flying.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with vertigo, vestibular migraine, or another vestibular disorder—there is hope for you to return to driving in a safe and comfortable way.

In this episode, we’ll dig into:

  • How people have successfully gotten back to driving with a vestibular disorder

  • Where to find information and support to help you return to driving

  • What to avoid when returning to driving with vestibular migraine

  • Basic steps to not skip over before you return to driving

  • How to limit sensory overload while driving

No need to push yourself! Your limits are your limits—and that’s perfectly ok.

This is all about working your way up. By allowing yourself to follow these steps prior to and once you’re behind the wheel again, you’ll build confidence and allow yourself to feel empowered returning to driving!

There are plenty more tips and tricks just like these inside Vestibular Group Fit! We’d love to see you in there—remember to use code GROUNDED for 15% off at checkout.
