I am beyond excited to have a dear friend Lisa on the podcast today, we are discussing the amazing benefits of infrared saunas and cold plunges. Lisa is a personal trainer, with a focus on mobility, recovery and wellness. Her background is in social work and performing arts, and now takes great pleasure in helping people fall in love with self care and relaxation.This one is fiery, it’s fun and it’s a little sassy ;)
