What motivated her to start a business in the first place?



While recovering from her first cancer treatment Becky realized she wanted to spend more time with her family instead of working 14 to 15-hour days. After her second cancer diagnosis and a certain email from boss, she finally quit her job.



Did she start the business on the side or dive in full-time?



Part-time



What type of people does she surround herself with?



Becky put a team together to help with the non-profit. She hired her own mentors and coaches for speaking business.

What advice would she give to someone who is starting their journey into entrepreneurship?



If you're doing something that is coming from the right place and you got the right heart and you surround yourself with the right people, it's going to work. Just keep doing it. Persistence pays.
