1500 Situps: The 30-day sit-up challenge to build discipline with my 8-year old
Description
Today's co-host is my daughter Stella
Connecting with your kids can be super challenging at times when you are super busy. I get it.
Instilling discipline into your child's day-to-day routine and even make it fun, can be even more challenging. And yet- discipline is important for success in life.
Not just for our kids - for us too.
Many successful people cite discipline as their main key ingredient for success.
Discipline gets a bad rap but actually - we can really truly free our mind and boost productivity by creating habits and orderliness that in turn create a free mind and strong foundation for success.
And don't get me wrong.. I am not a master at this AT ALL.
But it turns out.. my 8-year old daughter Stella is.
So we created a 30-Day Challenge that did not just show her how fun commitment and discipline can be, it brought us closer together by doing it together. Highly recommend to any mum looking for a fun way to engage and connect with their children, it was SO much fun. And - we both felt an amazing sense of achievement. This little exercise was GOLD in SO many ways.
