Dr. Ralph Dubayah is a Distinguished Professor of Geographical Sciences at the University of Maryland, College Park. He is the Principal Investigator for NASA's Global Ecosystems Dynamics Investigation Lidar (GEDI) – a full waveform lidar onboard the International Space Station (ISS).
