19. Don't Cancel, Change.

Description
We get it. The same scenery, the same workouts, the same group of people (who aren't necessarily your tribe) can become more tedious than they are uplifting and motivating. Sometimes a change in scenery is the ingredient you need to get that passion and drive back after training in the same facility for an amount of time.
But the answer is NEVER cancel. The answer can simply be CHANGE. Change in training modality. Change in time of day. Change in workout buddy. Change in music. The options are endless and incredibly effective. The key is to continue to STAY ACTIVE.
