On the last day of Mental Health Awareness month (yes, I see the irony in posting on the last day, but if you deal with mental health issues, that fact that it's getting in during the right month- is a win) I am back on my podcast!
We naturally have yet again, another very vulnerable episode. There are tears, but we love our tears.
I also want to mention, everything I share on this episode is centered to me. I am here to give absolutely zero advice, especially when it comes to mental health. My feelings, how I am coping, what I choosing to do to medicate myself and MY mental health, is just what I do. Know there is zero call to action here from me, other than you ONLY doing what is right for you and your mental health. I love you 🖤
