In the past I struggled with multiple thinking errors. Thinking errors are totally normal, but not an ideal way to look at life. If you can identify them and work to improve in those areas, you will be much happier and more successful. In this episode we will discuss 11 different thinking errors, and also the difference between the "Growth Mindset" and the "Fixed Mindset". As you listen, see if you can identify any of them inside your own mind. Sometimes it can feel like a shot to your ego and you may want to push these ideas away out of guilt.
