It's graduation week!! In honor of my sweet baby sister & cousin graduating this week, I wanted to provide a sense of comfort to any of you on this same journey. It is a scary and intimidating feeling, and if you do not have the knowledge you need you may fall into a state of deep depression and anxiety. We are all given a set of expectations to follow after graduating, but are these expectations even realistic? Today I want to discuss why we feel this overwhelming sense of loss after leaving High School, and what ways we can move forward with hope!
