In this episode of the John 3:15 Podcast, Jon is out taking care of his newborn daughter and Jeremy attempts to present a "short" podcast on his own. (Spoiler alert: it didn't end up short.) Even without Jon to banter with, Jeremy manages to express his distaste for necromancy and debunk the near-death-experiences of comatose 6-year-olds. He also argues that the question of what constitutes a "parable" was maybe the wrong thing to be asking this whole time. Does a story have to be historically true to be a parable? And either way, what should we think about the Rich Man and Lazarus - is it historical, or did Jesus make up the story to illustrate a point?
