Desktop, tablet, mobile. That's the order. If you don't change anything on mobile view in terms of styles, you will use the desktop view. You can over-ride, and probably will (via the "Mobile" icon at the top of the editor). But what if you get in a pickle and want to start again? No more manually changing everything - how to reset the tablet and mobile styles back to their default version based on desktop.
