24: Deconstructing Time Perception
Description
"Problems are emblematic of what is within."
Without the right inputs, your outputs around time management will never work effectively. So often, time management is taught through one-off strategies without any consideration for the external and internal factors that play a huge part in the process.
In this episode, I discuss the importance of having a time management system. A particular focus is on the A-framework, which I created in my own quest for true management of my time. What I learned is that managing time requires that I first manage my mind.
Listen to this powerful episode to learn...
- The neccessity of making a radical shift in your time strategy
- How culture and other factors impact time perception
- The importance of stripping away assumptions using the A-framework
