Description

"Problems are emblematic of what is within."

Without the right inputs, your outputs around time management will never work effectively. So often, time management is taught through one-off strategies without any consideration for the external and internal factors that play a huge part in the process.

In this episode, I discuss the importance of having a time management system. A particular focus is on the A-framework, which I created in my own quest for true management of my time. What I learned is that managing time requires that I first manage my mind.

Listen to this powerful episode to learn...

  1. The neccessity of making a radical shift in your time strategy

  2. How culture and other factors impact time perception

  3. The importance of stripping away assumptions using the A-framework
