Simon Borg-Olivier has been studying traditional forms of posture, movement, breathing, and mental control for more than 50 years. He has studied with one of the greatest Yogic masters of the 20th century - B.K.S Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois, and T.K.V Desikachar. Also, he has co-authored 2 books out of which the Applied Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga Course is a definite read. Today he helps everyone restore their natural posture fusing traditional eastern wisdom with western medical science.
