Sandi Spier has been investing in real estate since 2016 and working as a communications professional in the gaming and software industry since 1999 (with a plan to transition away from the desk job very soon!)
She has experience in full-gut flips, new construction, BRRRR, historic restoration in conjunction with preservation guidelines for tax benefits, as well as long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals. Sandi also volunteers her time as Secretary on the North Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (NCREIA) board of directors, and as a subgroup leader for their Women in Real Estate (WIRE) monthly meeting.
Sandi spent much of her life in southern California before moving to Cary, NC in 2013 where she still resides with her husband, two teenagers, and two cats.
