After all my travails through life and feeling purposeless, I have felt much more connected and purposeful since I started healing my wounds, connecting authentically to other men and setting out a clear vision for my life.

I share ideas on how you can find your higher purpose and my story about how I found mine. A common frustration of men is that they have 'no purpose' - here's an antidote and some motivation to find your purpose.
