Description

Family Law Attorney Robyn Ginney asks Alice when mediation is not appropriate.

Robyn Ginney is a family law litigator who specializes in nasty, complicated, litigious divorces.

Divorces involving individuals who have significant mental health issues tend to be extremely complicated and are not like other divorces. Divorcing someone who has a history or emotional or physical abuse often takes twice as long as a normal, complicated divorce. Not all attorneys know how to navigate the psychological games people play during divorce.

I use my background in litigation and psychology to help people understand the nuances of difficult divorces so they don't feel like they have to go through the experience alone.
