Kristen Fogle shares approachable journaling prompts and easy frameworks you can start using right away, whether you're navigating a stressful season, working on habit change, or just want a clearer mind.
Kristen has been the Executive Director of San Diego Writers, Ink since 2013. She is also a theater director, producer, teaching artist, writing instructor, and former magazine editor.
