Description
Sometimes we see people who eat healthy, exercise, work on their side hustle on the weekend, or say no to a night out when it isn't in the budget and we think "it's easy for them because ___." But consider this, David Goggins who was a Navy Seal and continues to train as if his life depended on it said it best, "I don't want to do this Sh**!" We have to push past the point that makes us uncomfortable so we can reap the benefits of life's challenges and grow.

No matter what your bolt score is, we all have that point where we feel the urge to breath, just like we all have a point where we become uncomfortable and don't want to do something. We must push past that point on the pursuit of continuous self-improvement.
