Your entire personality is made up. The identity you put on the most becomes who you are.
Whether that scares or comforts you, in this episode I discuss how that's possible through repeated storytelling. You are not a product of your circumstances, since those circumstances are actually taking cues from your state of mind, i.e. who you are being most of the time. The state you occupy the most, produces these outcomes that reaffirm what you first repeatedly entertained internally. So if we want our circumstances to change, we must first change within.
