I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but we are all in a world wide pandemic. ;-) There have been a lot of changes, which like we talked about recently here, change isn’t all bad… but sometimes change can bring a lot of un-needed stress into our lives and if we are unable to handle it well, it causes more or sends us spiraling. 
I truly believe the healthier we are, the better off we are at handling life’s curveballs, but I also want to share 5 ways to manage or unstress during this time of what sometimes feels like constant chaos.
