Great podcast. I follow 5 of the 6 and I'm trying to wrap my head around the bacon and sausage casuing inflammation. I understand the traditional bacon and sausage.But what about clean no nitrate no antibiotics products. Does the type of meat matter like chicken sausage or all beef hotdog that are minimal processed. Do they cause inflammation as well?
