A former Ball State employee who was fired last week after comments made on Facebook about conservative activist Charlie Kirk has filed a federal lawsuit against university President Geoffrey Mearns, claiming her First Amendment rights were violated. Plus, Google receives state approval to fill in a small portion of wetlands in Fort Wayne for its $2 billion data center project.
