Before joining Work & Co, Eric served as VP of Engineering and CISO at Presence, and held key roles at Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, Razorfish, and Mekanism. He has led award-winning digital initiatives for major brands including Microsoft, Samsung, eBay, and DKNY.
Eric is known for his empathetic leadership style and transparent communication, which foster resilient, high-performing teams that deliver without burnout. He also champions strong agency–client collaboration, involving partners early and often to build trust and create better outcomes. Outside of work, Eric is an amateur photographer, baking enthusiast, and passionate advocate for digital security.
