Dr. Vonda Wright is a renowned orthopaedic surgeon, and an authority on healthy aging. She also hosts the Hot For Your Health podcast, and has written five books - including ‘Fitness After Forty’. She’s passionate about empowering people to age well through mobility, and the vital importance of maintaining bone and muscle health as we age. She believes that aging well is something we can actively choose to do when we value ourselves enough, and we’re absolutely thrilled to welcome her as our very first guest.
