Jana is passionate about helping women exercise to feel strong, confident, and powerful, moving with freedom and staying pain-free for as long as possible. As a certified TACFIT Instructor, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Qualified Personal Trainer, and Mobility Alchemist, Jana works with athletic women over 40, guiding them away from exercise routines that leave them broken, burnt out, or bored.


With nearly a decade of experience, Jana's clients become strong and powerful by using intuitive exercise tailored to their bodies, particularly as they navigate menopause. Having mastered ancient warrior training with steel maces and clubbells, Jana now helps other women discover their feminine warrior within, believing that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and invincible.
