I enjoyed reading this book
I enjoyed reading this book. It put a lot of perspective on how important it is to appreciate your team. Not only just making sure they are recognized, but how you recognize them and making it about them that matters. I took away a lot of new ideas of things to implement into my own company. I liked it so much I bought several copies for my top leaders in my company to read.
Great book! Fast
Great book! Fast, easy read filled with insightful information. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone who deals with people (so everyone).
Great insights, perfect for any leader
I really enjoyed reading this book! It's full of advice on how to better appreciate your people. The authors are certainly the kind of people you want to learn from. Speaking from their experiences, they wrote a thorough and easy to follow book that is worth your time. Useful and actionable. O.C. Tanner is the leader in workplace culture, employee recognition and appreciation, and this book is exactly what you would expect from the best. I recommend every level of leadership and management make this a must-read!
Engagingly Written and an Enjoyable Read
Not only was this book inspiring and thought-provoking, it was also written in an engaging and interesting voice. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and would recommend it as a staple in educating people about people.
