A great read for any executive or business person who wants to be an effective leader
This book lays out the importance of aligning strategy and execution. Strategy is mich more than "talking a big game" and execution is more than hitting a growth target. A coherent organization and its leaders are those that sign these two elements of business into one powerful blueprint and process to achieve success. I just finished the book and am going to reread it again. In my opinion, the lessons of this book are to be studied and learned, not merely read.
