This is a Savasana practice designed to conclude an evening, yin or moon flow yoga practice. Find a comfortable space as we delve into a guided Savasana infused with Yoga Nidra techniques. Close your eyes and join me in a gentle exploration of the body, inviting the soft glow of the moon to embrace and release tension from each part of your body. You can also use this practice stand-alone when preparimg for bed in order to calm you mind and direct your thoughts in a calming and relaxing way into a good night’s sleep.
