Make sure that your Sankalpa is expressed in the present tense. Use a short, positive sentence in simple words. Refer exclusively to yourself and not to other people or beings. Everything else will follow. For example: "I am healthy!", "I am resourceful!" or "I am abundant!" You can repeat your Sankalpa several times during the day to help the Sankalpa manifest. Stay with your Sankalpa and keep repeating the same words until your Sankalpa has realized itself in your life.
