After that, ALWAYS use the same words that you would normally say after they say “YES,” whether they said yes or no. One more valuable thought that he shared is that sales is not a one-time event, so you must “Learn to enjoy your process, learn to enjoy the work that you must do to be successful. Keep yourself in a constant learning mode.”
