At the heart of development, you have to think about who is your core user and how you make sure that you build in a way that makes them engaged and satisfied. That might look like a purely digital solution, but it might also mean leveraging other tools to ensure you’re meeting that end user’s need.

Today I’m exceptionally pleased to be joined by Chris Turnley, EVP of Member Experience at University Federal Credit Union. Chris is a well-known leader, mentor, and team builder throughout the Austin and Central Texas community and is involved in several different innovation and transformation challenges.
