Description
Chicago avant-garde jazz trio Bottle Tree is a collaborative project between multi-instrumentalist Ben Lamar Gay, drummer Tommaso Moretti, and vocalist A.M. Frison. Their debut self-titled record is a confluence of genres where Afro-Cuban and African rhythms blend in with improvised Jazz progressions, gritty synths and abstract, stream-of-consciousness lyricism.
