Dos Santos’ music is steeped in the band’s Latin cultural traditions. Cumbia, Salsa and Rumba are only a few of the styles prevalent in their music. But the band isn’t only committed to keeping their musical heritage thriving. They also seamlessly mix in psychedelic guitars and rock drumming. The result is a contemporary twist on traditional rhythms and melodies, making Dos Santos one of the most eclectic and dynamic intercultural groups in Chicago.
