By asking our body to relax each time we inhale, we unwind stored tension and are able to release unprocessed trauma. By helping to connect to the breath in your body and encouraging the breath into your belly, this exercise is easy to do any time you feel a little anxious or need to become calm and focussed. Try it and notice the difference after.
