With the injury situation with Cole Schwindt being out long term and Eetu Luostarinen being day-to-day, Jack Devine gets his chance. Leading the Checkers in points in his very first full season in pro hockey, he is called up a lot earlier than expected, but leading the way in Charlotte in points after coming in at the end of last season, he's fast tracked himself to hit the ice. The Panthers have scored in bunches at times, especially in two of the last three games, and Seth Jones has been a catalyst as to why. We discuss his play as of late and does he actually have a chance to make the US Olympic Roster. Lastly, Sergei Bobrovsky comes clutch when it matters most, but he isn't necessarily bailing the team out and it shows when he faces shots of high danger. How much of a major factor is the defensive structure around him as to why he is struggling with high danger saves as he is below the league average?
