Publisher's Summary:
After earning access to a secret base beneath their safe house, Molly and her team are beyond excited by the "toys" they find.
However, before they get to explore the super advanced tech and ships they find there, they need to pass one more test. A test which may be more convoluted and intriguing than they could possibly have imagined.
Fighting conspiracies and outright assaults, Molly and her merry band find themselves on a series of riling missions to save lives and do the right thing, against all odds.
Sean Royale also seems to have a few more surprises up his sleeve, and Maya Johnstone isnt going down without a fight, leaving the General very few options.
Set on the foundation laid by the Kurtherian Gambit Series, the Ascension Myth tells an entirely new story in the Age of Expansion - when the Etheric Empire is fast becoming the Etheric Federation with all of the trials and tribulations that come with bringing together different peoples, systems, and ideals.

HOOKED!
Great addition to this series! Having recently completed reading Called I wanted to write a review to let others know what to expect when reading this third installation in The Ascension Myth series. This book didnât excellent job of weaving this story line into the overall with Kurtherian gambit story line. It gave us some glimpses into what is happening in the age of expansion. I would say my biggest problem with the book is that it forced me to read it nonstop as I wanted to know what was going to happen next with each of the characters. So fair warning to those reading the series be prepared to read this book nonstop set aside enough time to do so otherwise youâll find herself yawning late into the work day the next day like me.

Molly continues to grow up...
With the introduction of book 3 Ms Clarke is well on her way to cementing her position in MA's TKG universe. I was very happy to see additional character development among the established crew. I was also glad to see that one of the new cast members holds the potential for introducing many of not all of the cast to the ichor of TKG enhanced humans which is found in all of the other branches of this rapidly expanding universe... I was a little concerned with the quality of the villains in the books to date. But, I realized that Molly is probably the first person to present a challenge to the villainous activity of this group of miscreants. I'm looking forward to Book 4 and anticipating the type of twists and turns that an adventure into the unknown could present... 55 yrs ago I took a chance on another author named Clarke in the SF realm and was never disappointed...
