Sara Shulman is an NASM certified personal trainer, Crossfit L-1 coach, fitness enthusiast, and mom of 3. She specializes in helping busy moms increase their fitness, get stronger, healthier, and feel more confident in their own skin. Whether they are new to working out, want to get in shape after baby, or are just looking to get healthy, she creates personalized online programing geared towards her clients specific goals.
