רַבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל אוֹמֵר: בִּשְׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה מִדּוֹת הַתּוֹרָה נִדְרֶֽשֶׁת.
Rabbi Yishmael states
1) מִקַּל וָחֹֽמֶר.
1) A conclusion drawn from the comparison of a more lenient ruling to a more stringent one;
2) מִגְזֵירָה שָׁוָה.
2) An analogy drawn from the Torah’s use of the same wording in two contexts;
3) מִבִּנְיַן אָב מִכָּתוּב אֶחָד,וּמִבִּנְיַן אָב מִשְּׁנֵי כְתוּבִים.
