Cognitive Functions & How To Hack Your Brain with Coach ST Rappaport
Description
Welcome back for this week’s episode where I’m excited to introduce brain coach and fellow podcast host ST Rappaport. Her journey to better understand the brain began when she was in 5th grade and still couldn’t read properly. When her parents realized that the tutors weren’t working, they had to seek alternative solutions. ST worked with a cognitive specialist who addressed the underlying problems affecting her brain. As a result, her learning excelled, she grew socially and became more confident.
Now as an adult, she works with entrepreneurs to rewire their brains and solve the real problems that are preventing them from being their more effective and efficient selves. Her business, LifePix University, aims to reach and educate as many people as possible about brain health and ways we can unlock our brain’s fullest potential. As she explains, thinking is actually made up of 28 cognitive functions and those functions can be weak or strong. By understanding where your cognitive abilities are weak, you can better understand how that is affecting your life and ways you can work to improve that area of thinking.
