On today's episode, I am joined by Whitley Grant, a  Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to discuss Colorism from a clinical lens . Whitley shares her clinical expertise in regards to  the complexities of colorist within the Black Community.  We explore what colorism means and how it has affected our community. Lastly we discuss ways to hopefully overcome colorism.
